A great time to run!

Now that the fall season is upon us in full, the weather it brings creates a great climate for running. Though many people, and several that I train, absolutely hate the idea of getting out and pounding the pavement, running can provide amazing physical and mental heatlh benefits. When incorporating longer periods (as opposed to shorter, higher intensity forms of cardio) of cardiovascular exercise into your fitness regimen, you simply can't beat running...especially when it comes to weight loss.
